Refund & Return Policy

At ALLBGT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your golf simulator setup. Because we sell professional-grade technology and oversized equipment, our return process is designed to ensure the integrity of the hardware for all our customers.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Items Ineligible for Return
To maintain our high standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Software & Subscriptions: Any software, license keys, or simulation subscriptions that have been opened, activated, or downloaded.

Custom Orders: Any custom-sized enclosures or personalized equipment.

Used Launch Monitors: Any launch monitor that has been registered or used for more than "test hits" (as verified by internal device logs).

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
3. Restocking Fees & Original Shipping
Returns on high-value equipment incur significant operational costs.

Standard Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging.

Oversized/Freight Items: Returns for enclosures, mats, and full studio packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Process

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For large items (Freight), we can help you arrange a pickup via our carriers, but the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

RMA Requirement: You must contact us at support@allbgt.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Packages sent without an RMA will be refused.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging (including all pallets and crates for freight). If the original packaging is missing, we cannot accept the return as the item cannot be safely transported.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy regarding immediate inspection.

We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a freight swap at no cost to you for verified defects or shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.

Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card processing fees from the original transaction are non-refundable.
