Shipping Time And Standard Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Standard Delivery Time

Most Carl’s Place products — including enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories — arrive within 7–10 business days after standard processing time.

Custom Product Delivery Time

• Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, and Built-In Screens: Delivered within 7–14 business days after processing.
• Built-In Panel Kits: Delivered within 14–21 business days after processing due to the size and complexity of the product.

Shipping & Tracking Information

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is still being processed.

Shipping Rates

Most Carl’s Place products include free standard shipping.

Built-In Panel Kits must ship via freight because of their size and weight; freight charges will appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days if they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Non-Returnable Custom Products

Custom-made Carl’s Place items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, including:

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact ALLBGT at support@allbgtinc.com or call (888) 970-6483.
2. Provide your 5-digit order number and include photos of all items being returned.
3. All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Upon approval, we will share the correct return shipping address.
4. After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
• If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping plus the 3% processing fee.
• Once shipped, canceled orders will be treated as a standard return and are subject to restocking fees.
• Select custom or made-to-order products may incur a 25% restocking fee if canceled after production has begun, even if the order has not yet shipped.
