3. NVISAGE - Shipping & Returns

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery, must be like-new and in original packaging.
  • Return Authorization: RMA required for any return.
  • Shipping Charges: NVISAGE pays for valid warranty return; customer pays for invalid claims.
  • Abandonment Clause: Item may be abandoned after 90 days if return costs are unpaid.
  • Process: NVISAGE manages repair or replacement and returns via the agreed RMA method.
  • Valid Warranty Claims: NVISAGE will cover return shipping using the agreed RMA method.
  • Invalid Warranty Claims: The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If unpaid, the item may be deemed abandoned after 90 days.
  • Turnaround: Once the product is assessed as valid for warranty repair or replacement, NVISAGE will return it per the agreed RMA logistics.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 business days, with some sources noting a delivery window of 2-4 weeks depending on your location and logistics providers.

Returns
