Returns & Warranty 

Warranty Coverage

The Big Moss Admiral Putting Green is backed by a 60-day limited warranty on standard products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

If a defect is identified within 60 days of delivery, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Returns – Standard Products

If you need to return your Big Moss putting green, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery
• The product must be in like-new condition
• No creasing, rips, stains, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear
• Must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit
• A written reason for return and order number must be included 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Orders

Custom or special-order Big Moss products are warrantied for manufacturing defects only and are not eligible for return.

Because custom items are made to order, they cannot be refunded unless a verified defect is present.
