3. Accuracy of Golf Technology Data

While we sell professional-grade golf simulators and launch monitors, you acknowledge that all data (ball speed, launch angle, distance, etc.) are estimates generated by third-party sensors. ALLBGT is not responsible for discrepancies in data accuracy or for the performance of third-party software (e.g., GSPro, E6 Connect).

4. Safety & Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: Golf simulators involve high-speed projectiles (golf balls) and heavy equipment. By purchasing from ALLBGT, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the correct and secure installation of all netting, screens, and enclosures.

• ALLBGT is not liable for any injury, property damage, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to "bounce-backs" or missed shots.

• You must ensure a "Safety Zone" is maintained at all times during use.

5. Product Pricing & Corrections

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

6. Shipping & Returns Integration

Your purchase is also subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes your agreement to inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.

7. Third-Party Links & Software

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as simulation software). We provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall ALLBGT, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
