At ALLBGT, we specialize in delivering professional-grade golf technology directly to your home or business. Because our products range from small sensors to large-scale simulator enclosures, we use specialized shipping methods to ensure your equipment arrives safely and securely.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Small Items (Launch Monitors, Accessories): Processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Large Items (Enclosures, Full Simulator Packages): Processed within 3–5 business days due to the specialized packing and palletizing required for freight.

  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: Please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

We ship to the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us at support@allbgt.com for a custom quote.

3. Special Instructions for Freight Deliveries

Many of our products (simulators, hitting mats, and metal frames) ship via LTL Freight. Please review these requirements carefully:

  • Appointment Required: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping is "Curbside Only." The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway. Drivers are not authorized to move items into your garage, home, or backyard.

  • Liftgate Service: If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift, a liftgate will be used to lower the item. While we include standard residential delivery, additional fees may apply for remote areas or restricted-access locations.

  • Adult Signature: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

4. Inspection & Damage Claims (Action Required)

IMPORTANT: Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have physically inspected the packaging.

  • Visible Damage: If the box or pallet appears crushed, punctured, or wet, you must note "Damaged" clearly on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. If the damage is severe (e.g., the crate is destroyed), please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

  • Hidden Damage: If you discover damage after opening the package, you must report it to support@allbgt.comwithin 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shortages: Ensure the box count matches the driver’s manifest. Note any missing items on the receipt before the driver leaves.

Note: Once a delivery receipt is signed without notations of damage, the carrier’s liability is waived, and ALLBGT may be unable to process a replacement claim.

5. Address Corrections & Redelivery

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Address corrections made after an item has shipped (Re-consignment) will incur a fee starting at $50, which may exceed $300 for freight shipments depending on the carrier.

  • Failed Delivery: If a carrier cannot reach you to schedule delivery or you miss your scheduled window, you will be responsible for storage fees or redelivery charges billed by the carrier.

6. Order Tracking & Risk of Loss

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For freight orders, tracking may not show detailed movement until the item reaches your local terminal.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from ALLBGT pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for "porch piracy" or lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed for shipment. Once an item has shipped (especially freight), cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, and the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs, plus any applicable restocking fees.

8. Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, port congestion, or labor disruptions. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as we are notified by the carrier.
