• Flooring & turf: 1-year warranty
• Back impact mesh: 1-year warranty

What Is Not Covered

The SimBooth warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper installation, maintenance, or repairs

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your SimBooth 3 enclosure has a defect covered under warranty:

1. Notify SimBooth within 7 days of discovering the issue
2. Contact customer support at support@simbooth.com
3. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
4. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued before any parts are returned

Warranty claims without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Repair or Replacement

Once a valid warranty claim is approved, Sim Sports Corporation will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component, or
• Replace the defective part at no cost

If the original part is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be provided.

Shipping Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning defective parts
