SimBooth products are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty periods include:

• Enclosure Panels: 1-Year Warranty

• Flooring & Turf: 1-Year Warranty

• Back Impact Mesh: 1-Year Warranty

• Hitting Mat: 1-Year Warranty (fabrication defects only)

• Projection Screen: 1-Year Warranty (fabrication defects only)

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims

If a defect is discovered, customers must notify SimBooth within 7 days of identifying the issue.

To initiate a claim:

• Proof of purchase is required

• A detailed description of the issue must be provided

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to returning any components

Approved claims may result in repair or replacement of defective parts at the manufacturer’s discretion. 

Shipping & Warranty

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning defective components.

If the claim is approved, SimBooth will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement parts back to the customer. 

Returns & Order Finality

Due to the custom, high-value nature of golf simulator enclosures:

• All SimBooth sales are considered final

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted

We strongly recommend confirming room dimensions, system compatibility, and installation requirements prior to purchase.

Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty coverage does not include:

• Damage caused by misuse or abuse

• Improper installation or modifications

• Normal cosmetic wear

• Damage caused by external events (power surges, fire, flood, etc.)
