Returns & Exchanges

Carl’s Place accepts returns on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Returns must be authorized prior to shipment

• A 20% – 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
