Returns & Warranty – SimBooth 1 Golf Simulator Enclosure

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

The SimBooth 1 golf simulator enclosure is backed by a manufacturer warranty from Sim Sports Corporation, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through authorized sellers.

Covered components include:

• Aluminum enclosure structure: 5-year warranty
• Enclosure panels: 1-year warranty
• Flooring & turf: 1-year warranty
• Back impact mesh: 1-year warranty
• Hitting mat: 1-year warranty (fabrication defects only)
• White projection screen: 1-year warranty (fabrication defects only) 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper installation, repair, or maintenance
• Damage caused by environmental factors such as fire, flooding, power surges, or other acts of nature
• Third-party products or accessories not manufactured by SimBooth 

Sim Sports Corporation reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspection or remote troubleshooting. 

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience a defect covered under warranty:

1. Notify Sim Sports Corporation within 7 days of discovering the issue
2. Contact customer support at support@simbooth.com
3. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
4. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any parts 

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Repair or Replacement

Once a warranty claim is approved, Sim Sports Corporation will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component, or
• Replace the defective part at no cost

If the original part is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be provided. 

Shipping Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning defective parts
• SimBooth will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement parts back to the customer if the claim is approved under warranty

Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and large-format nature of golf simulator enclosures:

• All SimBooth 1 orders are final
• No returns, exchanges, refunds, or order transfers are accepted after purchase 

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, SimBooth will notify you and offer:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement product of equal value

Third-Party Products

Any third-party products purchased separately (including launch monitors, projectors, or software) are not covered under the SimBooth warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s individual warranty policies.
