Returns & Warranty

We want you to feel confident investing in your TruGolf simulator system. Because these are premium, high-performance products, returns and warranties follow specific guidelines to ensure quality and proper handling.

Returns Policy

TruGolf products may be eligible for return within 14 to 30 days of delivery, depending on the item and configuration.

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in like-new condition
• All original packaging, components, and accessories must be included
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested prior to sending anything back

Once approved, the RMA is valid for 10 days and must be clearly marked on the return shipment.

Please note:

• Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs
• A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply
• Custom-built simulators, software, and subscriptions (E6 Connect, etc.) are non-returnable

Warranty Coverage

TruGolf products include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use, installation, or modifications
• Consumable components such as impact screens, hitting mats, or projector bulbs (unless defective upon arrival)

If an issue arises, we’ll help coordinate directly with TruGolf to repair or replace eligible components under warranty.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials for inspection
• We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and file any necessary claims
