Important Note About Pipe Framing

Pipe framing is not included with the standard enclosure.

If you do not purchase the Carl’s Place Pipe Framing Kit, you will need to source 2” EMT pipes locally to complete your setup.

Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard Delivery:

Most Carl’s Place products — including enclosures, screens, mats, cameras, and accessories — arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.

Custom Products:

Custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens ship within 7–14 business days.

Built-In Panel Kits may take 14–21 business days due to size and freight handling.

Tracking:

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received a notification, your order is still being processed.

Shipping Costs:

Most Carl’s Place products include free standard shipping.

Built-In Panel Kits ship freight; freight charges apply at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Returns:

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and customers cover all return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made products (custom enclosures, custom impact screens, built-in kits, padded walls, curtains, etc.) cannot be returned once shipped.

All returns require manufacturer approval before the return address is provided. Refunds are issued after inspection.

Cancellations:

Cancel within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.

If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping plus applicable restocking fees.

Select made-to-order products may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order has been prepared but not shipped yet.
