Big Moss standard products include a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

Custom or made-to-order Big Moss products are warrantied for defects only and are not eligible for return.

This warranty does not cover:

• Creasing or improper storage
• Tears, cuts, or surface damage
• Pet damage or animal hair contamination
• Excessive wear from misuse or improper installation

Return Policy (Standard Products Only)

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) Big Moss putting greens.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in like-new condition
• No creasing, rips, stains, or damage
• Free of pet hair, odors, or debris
• Properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
• Include a written reason for return with your order number

Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
