The Big Moss Commander Putting Green is designed with durable, professional-grade turf to provide golfers with a long-lasting indoor putting green for home practice. Big Moss Golf stands behind the quality of their products and offers a limited warranty along with a return policy for standard items.

Standard Product Warranty

Standard Big Moss putting greens and putting mats include a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect is identified within the warranty period, the manufacturer will work with the customer to repair or replace the affected product when applicable.

Return Eligibility

Returns for standard products are accepted within 60 days of purchase, provided the product meets the following conditions:

• Item must be returned in like-new condition
• Product must be clean and free from damage
• No creasing, rips, stains, or excessive wear
• Free of debris, pet hair, or other contamination
• Must be returned in original or proper packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns will be refunded for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs associated with returned items.

Custom Order Policy

Some Big Moss putting green models and custom golf practice greens may be built to order. Custom products are non-returnable once production has begun.

Custom items are covered only for manufacturing defects and cannot be returned for refunds due to sizing or preference changes.
