60-Day Warranty & Return Policy

Big Moss Golf offers a 60-day warranty on standard products from the date of delivery. If a return is requested, the item must be in like-new condition and returned properly packaged.

Return conditions include:

• Item must be unused and in like-new condition

• No creasing, tears, rips, stains, or pet hair

• Product must be properly packaged and undamaged

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A written reason for the return must be included with the order number

When these conditions are met, the purchase price may be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Orders

Because many Big Moss putting greens are custom-built, custom orders are warrantied for manufacturing defects only and are not eligible for returns.

Warranty Coverage

Big Moss Golf products are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
