30-Day Returns

The Alphard CyberCart Electric Golf Caddie is covered by Alphard Golf’s return policy. Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return conditions include:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product

Used items may be accepted at Alphard Golf’s discretion and could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs may be covered by Alphard Golf.

Please note that items purchased through a retailer must follow that retailer’s return process for authorization.
