Returns & Refund Policy

Shop with confidence when you purchase the Alphard SIDEKICK. New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they remain in saleable condition with the original, undamaged packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund if a prepaid return label is provided.

Used products may also be returned within 30 days but are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. If your SIDEKICK arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States only; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and international destinations are not currently supported through this store.
