30-Day Returns

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are:

• In new, unused, and resalable condition
• Returned in their original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by all included accessories and components

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A discounted return shipping label can be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the final refund. There are no restocking fees for new, unused items.

Returns for Used Products

Used items may also be returned within 30 days of purchase, but they are subject to:

• A 15% restocking fee
