Standard products include a 60-day warranty period and may qualify for return if the item is received in like-new condition. Returned products must be properly packaged and free from damage, creasing, rips, excessive wear, pet hair, or misuse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns are refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. To help speed up processing, customers should include their order number and a written explanation for the return inside the package.

Please note that custom-built or made-to-order products are covered for manufacturing defects only and are generally non-returnable.
