Most standard products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery when returned in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging included. Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–20% restocking fee depending on the item or manufacturer, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made and made-to-order products — including custom golf simulator enclosures, impact screens, padded walls, and other personalized configurations — are non-refundable once shipped due to the specialized nature of production.

Clearance items and remnants are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Apparel items in unworn, like-new condition may qualify for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
