Returns & Warranty

Returns & Exchanges

Carl’s Place accepts returns on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Returns must be authorized prior to shipment

Please note:

• A 20% – 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following items are non-refundable once shipped:

• Custom enclosures
• Impact screens
• Built-in golf simulator kits
• Padded walls
• Curtains
• Other made-to-order components

Because these items are manufactured specifically for each order, returns cannot be accepted.

Warranty

Carl’s Place products are backed by a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material flaws
• Workmanship issues

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage from use
• Improper installation
• Modifications
• Normal wear and tear 

Impact Screen Coverage

Impact screens are considered wearable components. Their lifespan varies based on factors such as:

• Frequency of use
• Ball speed
• Installation quality
• Maintenance 

Because of this, impact screens may have limited or no traditional warranty coverage. 

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a defect:

1. Contact us with a detailed description of the issue
2. Provide photos (if applicable)
3. Include your order information / proof of purchase

We’ll work directly with Carl’s Place to assist with resolution. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders should be modified or canceled as soon as possible.
