We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your CyberCart Seat, eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

New & Unused Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are new, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund if a return label is provided.
• No restocking fee applies to new and unused items.

Used Items

• Used products may also be returned within 30 days.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
